Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are provided based on the information you share with us (vehicle year, make, model, and damage description). Final pricing may vary if the actual vehicle condition differs from what was described. We will always confirm any price change before proceeding with work.
Insurance Claims
When we assist with insurance claims, we act as a service provider coordinating with your insurance carrier on your behalf. Final claim approval and coverage amounts are determined by your insurance company and policy terms. We do not guarantee specific insurance outcomes or coverage amounts.
Warranty
Every installation comes with a lifetime warranty covering:

The warranty does not cover damage from new impacts, accidents, vandalism, improper use, or normal wear. The warranty is valid for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle.
Post-Installation Care
After windshield replacement, customers are responsible for following post-installation care instructions, which typically include:

- - Leaving retention tape in place for the specified period
- - Avoiding car washes and high-pressure water for 24-48 hours
- - Leaving windows cracked slightly to equalize pressure
Failure to follow care instructions may void warranty coverage for related issues.
Customer Responsibilities

- - Ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time and location
- - Inform us of any known issues with the vehicle that may affect installation
- - Follow post-installation care guidelines
Scheduling & Cancellations
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same-day cancellations after the technician has been dispatched may be subject to a trip charge.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Roseville Windshield & Auto Glass shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
